Shipping Time
Delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. For example: processing time is 5 days, shipping time is 5days. You will get your items in 10 days.
It will take 3-8 business days to process your order. There is different processing time for different item. We have quality checking in processing time to make sure items qualified. If items are unqualified, procession time will be longer as we will make items again.
Shipping time is about 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
The charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of the shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship through a variety of carriers to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery.
Important Shipping Information
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. Incomplete address information can delay the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Tracking Your Package
All shipments have real time tracking. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. You also can track your package in your order page. Shipping & Delivery FAQ
1.Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?
Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations. FHSJGOODS cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address. We appreciate your understanding. 2. Why was my package returned to sender? What happens to my order?
Packages can be returned to sender for various reasons:
- Incorrect Address
- Unclaimed Package
- Carrier cannot access address
- Too many failed delivery attempts
3. Delivered but Not Delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please check your mailbox first. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. please contact couriers at numbers in order to investigate this issue.
Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days after ordering (or 7 days after receiving the item) on all items that have not been worn, or tampered with.
Exchanges & Returns

You can return for an exchange, refund (minus shipping fee + 10% restocking fee) or a 105% store credit (excluding shipping incurred by us). Please note that any applicable tax paid will also be refunded. Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your package, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.

- Please ensure the product is unused, untampered with and in it's original packaging before sending back your return

Exchange & Return FAQ
1. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange?
If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
If you are exchanging your order, we provide a complimentary return shipping label. You will not be required to pay the cost of it!
2. When will I receive my refund?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned items were not opened. Once your items have been delivered back to our warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
3. Will I be refunded my shipping cost?
No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
